Real Living Bay Realtors Leadership Team
Mark Cherney and Donna Colbert, Co-Owner’s of Real Living Bay Realtors have successfully operated a Real Estate sales team since 1992. After researching other Real Estate Franchises for over eight years with disappointment, Real Living emerged as the very best choice for affiliation. The Franchise rights were purchased in 2004 for the opening of Real Living Bay Realtors. The reason Real Living was chosen over the others was the Company’s philosophy of putting the Agent at the center of the company and giving them the very best technological tools to use and offer to their clients in order to deliver home information effortless and service all the details of the Real Estate transaction. We call this being Agent centric.
Donna Colbert, who resides in Ashwaubenon, handles the day-to-day office operations, including managing staff, Trust account activity, and quality control. Mark Cherney, who resides in Suamico, is the Broker the operation and his duties consists of recruitment, training, and growth management. Together they envision a medium sized office that is made up of full time agents that have excellent customer care skills and the enthusiasm to succeed.
